Device is accurate and has good battery life. Connects with my Garmin Fenix 6X watch fine. Generally comfortable up to 4 hour efforts with some signs of potential chafing on my arm past that. Probably will be a bit worse in the summer when I sweat more but unlike a chest strap, you can move it around somewhat and avoid damage. Overall I love it!

This extremely lightweight heat rate monitor seems to work well. I use it for my running, and while I'm not sure it's quite as accurate as my old chest strap monitor, it does help guide me when it comes to exertion.Phone connectivity was easy enough with the free Polar Flow app, though I'm not the biggest fan of the actual app. Fortunately, the monitor easily connects to a LOT of fitness apps. I use mine with Strava and Wahoo with no trouble. The included arm strap is highly adjustable, so getting a good fit is easy. Charging it is a snap, too, with the included charging device, though I do think that the charger would be pretty easy to lose. Overall, though, I think it's fine.I'm happy with this purchase and use mine daily. It's definitely worth looking into if you're in the market for a great rate monitor.

I’ve owned both the Polar H9 and H10. They both served me well but imperfectly. Too often it was difficult to get the monitor to connect with the app. Very frustrating at times. So I bought this Verity Sense and it’s been fantastic! Connects immediately every time and tests have proven that the measurements are accurate. I’m very happy with it and I highly recommend it.

After getting frustrated with the most recent scosche arm band and its inconsistent readings, due to overly sensitive placement issues, I looked for other options, and found this Polar device.Overall I'm pleased. The ant+ connection has been solid, never dropping. And the placement is far less finicky than the scosche was, and has been consistent with the readings. It's not an issue for me, but the Bluetooth connection dropped about 5 min in, so I switched to ant+ and haven't had an issue since.

I bought Polar H10 first believing that it is more accurate than other models. However it is hard to connect it to an exercise machine. Polar sense connects immediately and works well. It is much more accurate than Pixel watch.

Way back in the day I had a Polar chest strap. It was uncomfortable, got soaked with sweat every time I worked out, and was generally a pain in the bottom I put up with because It read my heart rate perfectly every single time.Enter the new age of cool stuff; I got a wrist watch thingy to monitor my heart rate. Very convenient, measures heart rate 24/7, just stays on your wrist (athough you can't shower with it?) But wait: Every 3rd workout it dozes off and forgets to follow my heartrate, so when I should be doing the big push, instead I'm yelling at my wrist thingy. Then it quit, and you guessed it; right at the crux of my workout.Enough! Unwilling to go on like this, I go on Amazon to see what else is available. I'm thinking I'll just bite the bullet and get a chest strap, but what's this? An armband HR monitor by POLAR? With great reviews? Oh, yea, I'm all in.The software was a bit fidgety to set up, but now I know the drill for my devices and software; and every workout is the same. A glance at my heartrate verifies I'm on path, and afterwards I have graphic and digital records I can browse through to plot out recovery time and effort. This makes me very happy!I wear mine on my left forearm and have never had to mess with the sensor to get a reading. It integrates with my Echelon bicycle running qdomyos-zwift and links with Stava.Twelve stars!

I have a TRUE treadmill that uses a Polar heart rate monitor. I use the Polar Chest Strap for the treadmill and it works fine. Since I use a WAHOO brand arm heart monitor for everything else, I thought I would try the Polar Verity Sense for my True Treadmill. The Wahoo heart rate monitor is easy to use. You simply sync it to your devise and off it goes. Never had an issue for over 4 years. Not the case with this overly complicated piece of junk Verity Sense. The developer of this product should be fired. If the goal was to create on overly complicated, must sign up for the App, Agree to allow Polar to use your personal info, product then they succeed. With todays technology and ease of use this thing is a complete joke. You must sign up for the app to be able to us it. Well I did since I paid almost a hundred dollars for it. However, the thing did not work on my True Treadmill. The only product ( polar) that my treadmill is suppose to work with, would not work.Rather then take a sledge hammer to this piece of junk, ( I almost did) I sent it back. Thank god for Amazon. Return was even easier than using this trash.Look, it may monitor your heart rate real good if it works for you, but my advise is to check out the Wahoo arm Heart rate monitor. Compare them both and you will see that Wahoo is a much better product. Cost is about the same so no break there. But after four years of using the Wahoo arm heart rate monitor, I can say it monitors heart rate very accurately and is reliable.

The arm strap is much more comfortable than the chest strap. Polar is leading in HR measurement. My wrist measurement is about 30bpm off.
