Excellent product. Worked very well on penetrating single layer and overlapping layers of roofing. Worked fine with horizontal and vertical roofing closure strips. Very much appreciated not having to pre-drill roofing for the expansion hole. Note: I waited for this special screw to come to Amazon having been in communication with the manufacturer in Taiwan. I delayed construction of my patio deck roof until it became available. Well worth the wait.Reduced time and effort by not having to pre-drill for expansion hole.
