This is the worst pop corn popper we have ever had. We have always used a Stir Crazy popper but couldn’t find one like we had.. we ordered this one because it sounded like what we needed. We weren’t really happy with it but used it a few times and decided to just go with it. We give up. The cord stays attached and is awkward to store. The top tray that hold the pop corn seeds can detach which isn’t a plus. When you flip over the popper to put the popped corn into the top the tray can and has slipped out. My husband and I both burned our hands turning it over. We are simply ditching it. I no longer have the box or the label. I would never buy another machine like this one. We pop corn two or three times a week and this popper is a total disappointment.

We have used several poppers and this one ranks close to the top simply because of the removable popping section. The rest of the machine can still get a little messy if you aren't careful, but rinsing and cleaning are much easier than previous poppers. The machine popped well and did not scorch my popcorn. Almost all kernels popped. We were pleased enough to give another as a gift to a family member.

The popcorn popper works great except the lid for the serving bowl does not fit. The lid does not stay in place.
