Worked on it for over two hours but would only run for a second or two. Not a good company for customer service I hope they enjoy the money that you took from me with a defective product. I added the premium gas correct amount and type of oil.

Works great so far! Clear instructions. Easy to fill the oil. Starting it up was very easy. Noise level is good. I would definitely recommend

Light weight and very easy to use. You have to add oil and gasoline but also easy to do. Very quiet and easy to start. This is a good buy.

Previously I didnโt read the manual so that is why it was shutting off on me , now it is working perfect , Excellent product ! I used 15w-40 mobile delvac 1300 super heavy duty diesel engine I donโt If that is too heavy for this product

We recently had a power outage in our area. We had an old generator which we were able to start after many tries in the dark and cold. It was noisy and we worried about disturbing the neighbors. And the generator produced "dirty" unstable electric power which made our lights flicker and computer screens blinking.I wanted this new type of "invertor" generator which is quieter, compact and produces clean power. Got it just today. First I was surprised how small and light it is. It started right away and so quiet. It did not make my lights and my screen flicker so it's probably safe for my desktop computer and other sensitive electronics.Just remember that even though it's small, it took lots of oil.. one-third of liter of oil .. which surprised me; keep on filling oil even it overflows at first. Just pour in slowly until the dip stick gets up to at least the half mark.
