I purchased these for my Porter-Cable Jointer - and hesitated on installing for the longest time. I thought the install and adjustment would be as tedious as some of the other jointers I'd seen or used.Read your Porter-Cable manual - the install is fool proof. Remember also that each blade comes with two usable edges. If you get a nick - just turn the blade around for a fresh face - that also gives you time to order another set to keep as back up to be standing by in your drawer.

Replaced my jointer's knives. These ones lasted less time than the ones that came with the jointer.... Really not impressed by the quality.
