We needed to add a little 'flair' to our new guest room and ordered the rods with the 'scroll' finials. We presumed that all of the components were metal (as stated in the product description) and were very disappointed to open the packages and discovered that both finials were broken. The remaining components (rod and mounting hardware) were made of metal.To avoid the hassle and delay of returning the rods, we just glued them together. The installation was standard and from a distance no one knows that the finials are cheap plastic.We will not be ordering from this company again.

The shipping packages are sorely lacking. 3 of the 4 finals were broken off. I had to hot glue them back together. They are plastic and I thought they would be metal. They do look pretty but not what I thought. I didn’t send them back because I didn’t want to wait another two weeks for another set.

Two of the finials were broken off in the box and the packaging itself was filthy.
