Las guías de plástico quedaron grandes y no caben en las guías de la mesa, el producto en su publicidad no dice nada al respecto

Nice product. Parts are as advertised. Good instructions. Unfortunately, it will not fit my Ryobi portable table saw. My mistake. I should have checked before I purchased. I did use some of the parts to construct my own crosscut sled. I will hold onto the other parts in case I purchase another, compatible, table saw. If it had fit my saw, I would have rated it 5 stars.

I own a DeWalt DWE7485 table saw. This miter gauge could be set to zero side-to-side play for my saw, so that is good. By zero play, I mean the fit could be adjusted so that you could not even push the bar forward - and you could back off the adjustment slightly so then it could move forward. There was some dip in the nose of the bar as you pushed forward - better than the JessEm Mite-R-Excel II, which dipped a lot, but not as good as the SawStop Revolution, which did not dip in my table saw. Ultimately, I did not keep this product as there was something better for my particular saw and my wants, but I could see people being satisfied with this product. If I see POWERTEC on other products I would consider purchasing them based on my positive experience here. If numbers are helpful, test cuts measured by a digital angle gauge were getting a variance of .3 to .6 degrees to the miter gauge's settings. Adjusting the blade of the table saw could have given even greater precision, and that may be recommended upon first setup if you desire more precision as this miter gauge has no Vernier scale at the time of this writing. I noted the instructions say to refer to an addendum when assembling the flip stop. This tells me they are thinking ahead and when they some day include a micro adjuster or other features to their flip stop they will not have to modify the instructions for the main unit. The instructions were short yet easy to understand. Very positive experience overall.

The set came with clear instructions and with the more specialized parts (miter bars and screws) -- you supply and cut the rest, namely a piece of plywood. The T-track and knob are not strictly necessary (you can set up a stop block with a leftover block of wood and any C clamp), but useful all the same. The price is very reasonable. The instructions are very clear and helpful. For beginners on a table saw, they also give an example of how to make sure that any jig you build (and, by extension, your future projects) will provide the same level of precision as your table saw -- a good introduction to the world of woodworking. To make use of this kit, you'll need a tablesaw, a 2'x2' or 2'x4' piece of sanded 1/2" or 3/4" plywood (what big box stores call "project panels").Highly recommended to any beginner -- anyone progressing beyond that stage will already have a few sleds for crosscuts, 45deg bevels, finger joints, etc.

This was my first mitre gauage after lots of research. The price matched the quality and honestly if its not Incra it won't be square out the box.The screw for the expansion discs lost their threading which made it very hard to remove and adjust. There are only spare expansion discs with the product, no screws. Powertec customer service advised me to buy more screws, which off their website is an affordable $1, but shipping was "by weight" which came to $62 USD.Unfortunately due to this major error I was left unable to use the gauage, until i bought a replacement off Temu, and fortunately that came with extra expansion discs, which fit perfectly and worked as intended.I was really interested in powertec products, but following my experience with customer service, I will opt for other options at this price point. I will say that you can get the same gauges, fences, stops and bars for much much cheaper..

Even though the AC glue held the tracks in place. While installing the screws, one could hear the glue popping loose, resulting in just enough movement of the tracks to make it impossible to slide the sled. Tried this 3 times before realizing the pre-drilled screwholes needed to be large enough for the screw to drop in before cutting into the sled base. Gave up and made my own glides out of Oak.Got as far as Figure 9. Almost ruined my sled, using your instructions. You assume the saw blade is centered between the tracks. My Ridgit Table Saw's mitre tracks are not equal distance from the Blade. So I had to find a work around to solve the problem. I finally got it done. But after all that frustration, I just didn't feel like undoing everything and starting over with a different kit. So I have decided to keep your kit, but I feel some compensation is in order. Not expecting anything, though.

The high density plastic rails and the metal T-trac are practically perfect for most new table saws. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the included plans for building the sled could be more instructive, but don't worry as there are numerous better plans on Youtube.

While the end product mostly works fine, you're going to put a few hours into building this. Note that not only do you have to supply most of your own screws (the ones they provide are only for the metal tracks), it instructs to use your miter table to create a track in some spare wood. Hope you have a router table handy! Also, some of the instructions are in the wrong order, and the dimensions for the guard box make no sense. "Use scrap pieces of stock, the 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" star knob and hex head bolt, 1/4"-20 x 1-1/2" to make a stop block." Huh??
