This is very sturdy and doesn't feel like the heel will break off like the solid plastic ones do. It's a nice size and great for people with large feet. I really like it.

Far more solid than others I have seen. Also, it's bigger - so works for a smaller sized shoe well, but also for my size 13 shoe. I tried a couple of others, and my foot was hanging over the end.

Fait très bien ce pourquoi il a été conçu ! Les étirements sont très efficaces. On peut aussi s'en servir pour la musculation du mollet. Seul bémol, il n'est pas règlable selon la longueur du pied.

Love the stretcher but my order is missing the blue spiked ball that was supposed to come with it. Hopefully they make this right!

My podiatrist recommended I buy a foot rocker/calf stretcher for at-home treatment of my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered was all plastic and way too small to accommodate my size 14 shoe.Luckily, I stumbled upon this one. It's incredibly well made and my shoes fit perfectly.Best of all, it's effective. I've been using it three times a day for the last few weeks and my foot pain is significantly reduced.

Fantastic product! I'm a US 10W and this is perfect for me. There is plenty of room before my toes, so I reckon it would fit up to a size 12. It's wide too! It's made with durable 3/4" plywood! I am super impressed!

I purchased this product after getting severe tendentious in one foot. I have used one of the all plastic models years ago, and wasn't impressed. Ultimately the plastic model cracked. This wooden model is SOLID. I love the ergonomics; because of the foot positioning you not only get an upper or lower calf stretch, but also a stretch through the bottom of your foot and through your toes. The design provides a deep but gentle stretch and doesn't allow too much force to be applied, which is good for me because I have a tendency to overdue things.

Bought this for my husband as a last resort. He was in such pain in the morning and after sitting for even a short time. Stretching on the stairs was not helping nor the frozen water bottle. It's only been 2 days, but subjectively he says it is feeling a bit better. The stretcher/rocker seems very well made and sturdy. He says that he needs to wear shoes because his heel is so tender, not necessarily due to the foot rocker. We will let you know how he progresses.

My daughter and I visited a specialty running store for pole vault shoes. There I tried a hard, mono-material plastic rocking stretching device on their carpeted showroom floor. With our home’s hard flooring (wood and travertine) I cringed at the possibility of the device slipping against or scratching either soft yet hard floor surfaces while in use. I snapped a photo of it to research other possibilities later. Now that I received my order, I feel good about the choice. Its stable and non slip in the right places. Its quiet and and rocks smoothly. It ensures the therapeutic stretch without having to face a wall!Quickly this track season brought back the kids' shin splints and heel pain but I am determined to stay on top of their post workout stretch a-n-y-w-h-e-r-e necessary. As the chauffeur - I tote it with the rest of the gear and threaten with "stretch your warmed up bahookie now or walk home and do it then." For extra insurance, I've scraped out the non supportive van/converse insoles and replaced them with actual arch support. My husband suffers from Achilles Tendinitis. I tend to get tight fascia when i don’t where properly supported shoes on our hard floors. None of us were consistent and patient enough to put the time into stretching properly to avoid injury before so I now commit to popping this attractive stretching device between them and American Idol and watch them stretch. We're intimately familiar with the relieving stretch we needed due to months of physical therapy each.Ain’t nobody got time to for boring, sweaty, stinky physical therapy 3 times a week so I recommend doing what it takes to keep the necessary stretch from becoming a chore.
