I've been using the gloves for about a month now and I can say that they are pretty nice not much padding on the palm area but I wasn't bothered. The gloves definitely improved my punching speed but another thing to mention is that the materials used on the gloves isn't very good because in between my thumb and on the palm near the pinky finger the stitching was starting to rip apart only after about a month of use on heavy bag.

Snug fit. Brand new and weren't stiff or gummy, a nice and proper fit. I had them out of the box, working on form/technique in moments. The 6 extra ounces of padding, do wonders for shoulder conditioning.

I ordered the 24 oz gloves to use for training because even with wraps and leather bag gloves I was getting bruises on my knuckles, and with an old pair of 16 I was still getting bruises, much less though, so I ordered these for the weight and for the padding. It arrived early and I’ve had them for months with basically no damage to them. I use them twice a week and clean them after use. I’ve stopped getting bruises and actually have better technique because I kept preventing myself from looping my punches due to the weight. I honestly think my punches have become slightly harder, but my muscle endurance has gone up a bunch. These gloves last and will help in training for a long time if taken care of.

Hello,I am an amateur Heavyweight (178-200) in the United States and train 5-7 days a week. I would consider myself a power puncher. I purchased the 24OZ gloves hoping to help with hand speed and overall endurance. Not that these gloves are absolutely terrible for the price, but you can tell they cheaped out when possible. Instead of the weight of 24oz being distributed through the gloves, it's actually like a weighted band inside of the wrist section of the gloves. So the gloves fit like oversized 16's with a weight on your wrists. Cool I guess, but you could just put weights on your wrists instead using quality gloves that won't tear. The rubber "leather" they use had a weird smell to them upon arrival, and didn't handle heavy abuse for more than THREE days before tearing at the inner thumb. Not that it bothered me, as I just duct taped them... But I would expect gloves to handle a little longer. The gloves are so beat up after ~1.5 months of use; they're actually pretty uncomfortable to use because whatever they use on the inside of the gloves has ripped and it feels like poker chips moving around. Not cool.Lastly, I feel like my overall endurance DID increase and hand speed slightly increased. So they did what I needed them to do, I guess. But don't expect to use these for 2-4 years even just cardio boxing; spend that extra 30$ on some 18oz leather title gloves and just be happy with it.TLTR; They will tear eventually, if you want a pair of gloves that will last you instead of just a secondary pair to use for niche uses, spend that extra 25-40$ on a legitimate genuine leather pair.

These are the first gloves I have ever used. I wanted to add boxing type exercises to my workouts, but I wasn't sure how committed I would be. I didn't want something that would not last if I stayed with it, but I didn't want to make an investment in something I may not pursue. I was also concerned I may get the wrong size. They are a great size for my hands :-)These gloves have lasted me 3 months so far with weekly use at about 2-4 workouts on a punching bag. They are holding up pretty well for me. I'm not a professional or anything. They are starting to feel similar to worn gym shoes; comfortable, great feel for my hands, but getting close to a time to order another pair.

I'm not a boxer, just a guy who likes to get some aggression out and whip up a sweat punching around a 40 lb. heavy bag hung from a pull-up bar in my apartment. My amateurism didn't stop me from fantasizing about becoming the world's next great street fighter, however.I started by using just wraps MMA-style, but this began to tear up my front knuckles. Shortly thereafter, I gave in and began to scour Amazon for the ideal cheap boxing gloves. Everlast kept coming up, but the reviews were solidly mediocre and I wanted something solidly *above* mediocre.Enter these ProForce bad boys. For occasional use, these guys are great. I hit the bag maybe once or twice every week for about 15 minutes, and I've seen no sign of damage or tearing, neither to the gloves nor to my hands. They are comfortable, easy to put on, and easy to take off. ProForce also appears to be one of those "definitely not top-tier but the unknown bottom-tier brand that's secretly way better than the really well-known bottom-tier brand" brands. I am confident that they will hold up.Be sure to look up sizing instructions online.
