When opened, the colander measures approximately 8 1/4 inches long, 5 inches wide and 3 inches deep -- with a capacity of 3 cups. It sits easily in any sink and then collapses to a little less than an inch. Slips quickly into a space as small as a drawer and is ready for quick use. We tried the trial version and would not give our unit to anyone!! We just loved this product. Great value packed gift for the kitchen dweller! Perfect for bars too!

Works great for rinsing berries and decent enough in appearance that you can leave it sitting out. I do keep a plastic lid underneath for residual water to drip out.

This is a sturdy colander. It’s good for draining small amounts of pasta and rinsing small amounts of fruits and vegetables. It collapses into a fairly thin layer. It’s held up to the dishwasher so far.

This replaced a smaller, oval strainer that we used before it cracked along its seams.This one doesn’t seem to drain the water when rinsing blueberries.Perhaps the holes are too small?

I needed a smaller colander and this works well. I wash fruit and veggies in this colander and let it sit in the sink for a few minutes. There is no tray underneath, but I don't mind at all. I wash, dry, fold it down, and put it away. It's saves cabinet space and convenient to use.

Progressive International 2-Inch Collapsible Mini Funnel, Green. I have pretty much every collapsible container Progressive International makes, all wonderful products, well thought out and designed, manufactured with high quality materials, they collapse easily and compact and light weight, they stand up to life in an RV kitchen, funny thing is, I use the PI 'dog bowls' for cold cereal in the morning (I use several PI products at home), easy to clean, just wash up and put in their collapsible dish drainer (amazingly cool dish drainer), (for me at home, they do clean up well in my dishwasher but are coated in white but maybe it's the soap I use). I have both sizes of funnels, the larger one is blue, I have all of the collapsible measuring cups and spoons, when I show all these products to friends and family, complete strangers at camp grounds and at scout camp, they are amazed like I was, many have got rid of all their regular RV containers and got into Progressive International 'Collapsibles'. My spell checker says I can't use "colapsibles but that's what I call them because I have so many, PI has a lifetime fan/customer.
