Should be -10 stars. Very hard to steer. Does not return to center after turn. Very dangerous. Discovered striped lock nut on adjustment screw. So unable to adjust. Have been working on this 93 jeep for a few years. Ordered this box in 22 but due to life events was finally able to install it this year and discovered these issues.. So no return no warranty. Recommend buy local.

Ordered this item when I received it box was damaged but item didn't appear damaged at all, after checking item visually I attempted to rotate the shaft and barely got any movement at all, I then compared the movement I got with the one currently on the jeep. The movement wasn't even 1/4 of what is needed to be able to turn the vehicle. Started a return and that was when I was hit with a $10.81 fee that will be deducted from my return. DON'T buy from this seller. If I could give a zero rating I would.
