I cannot rate this product at this time. Because I bought this from other people stating that the clear hose was better for my chlorinator for my swimming pool because the black deteriorated and fell apart after the first season the clear hose is installed on my swimming pool chlorinator at this time, I will let you know next season if the clear fell apart or not

Used it for lining online sinkers for fishing so they don't weaken the line.

Took a chance on some 10mm ID tubing as a "bushing" for the 10mm pins that back the rollers on our rattley 60 year old overhead garage door. You can buy kits for about the same price made from polyethylene compared to a 3 ft length of this tubing, but I guessed this might work better/last longer. Garage door hardware tends to have tolerances that approximately match an underbaked cutout cookie, so it's a gamble for sure. The 10mm tube fit nicely on about half of the pins on my door, was tight on a couple more, and would not fit at all on one of them. If I removed that roller and pin I am sure I would have been able to get it on the pin, but I installed them in place as there was no point in making the pin too large to fit back in the retaining tube. In sum, mixed success. The door is a bit quieter, but a few of the pins are now too snug to easily slide back and forth to make up for variations in the distance between the tracks without causing some resistance (the door still works fine, but i can feel a bit of drag) perhaps they will loosen over time. As an experiment, it was well worth the $10 to me. I find this sort of thing fun to mess around with.
