This seems to be working very well and I have bashed my car pretty hard since installing it. It plugs in very easily, is quite quiet and seems to cool down the ESC and motor a bit. If you are running high gearing, I suspect you'll have problems with overheating and no fan will solve your issues but for a moderate too high geared rig, it should help out quite a bit. On my 4x4 1/10 rigs, I'm running between a 15-16 gear pinion and have had no heating issues. These are a Slash, Rustler and Stampede VXL.

I have two Rustler VXL's both running on 3S. I installed the fan setup on one and not the other. The one with the fan setup has had much longer run times before the ESC shuts down for high temperatures. I'll be picking up another set for the other car.
