II’ve been having vibration problems with Galah’s eggs, which seems to be a common issue among other breeders as well. Unfortunately, I only discovered this issue recently when I pulled out my backup incubator, which had been sitting in its box for two years. I’ve always been a huge fan of this company and never had any issues with their older models, but this newer one is causing such a pain. As we know the vibrations affect incubation and could impact chick development. It would be great if this could be addressed in future models or with guidance on how to reduce the problem.

Rcom products are the best on the market at a somewhat affordable price. I have had amazing results with my Rcom 10 pro so I wanted to upgrade to the Rcom 20 Max pro. It is an amazing machine. Very good quality. Highly reliable and accurate. The only issue I had is with the seller. This seller has a policy of having to sign for your delivery....which is completely unacceptable unless the customer request this! I ended up having to jump through hoops to get my product and had to drive 10 miles to pick it up when It should have been dropped at my doorstep. I highly recommend Rcom products but unless this seller updates it's policies regarding delivery....I will not order from them again.

So far this incubator has successfully brought every fertilized egg placed to a successful hatch. Best investment in an incubator you can make. My only regret is not buying a larger one to begin with.We have hatched chicken, duck and turkey out of this incubator and our next run is for pheasant. 100% confident in this incubator.NOTE: Warranty is void if you hatch your eggs in it so be sure to have a hatcher ready when the time comes!

We have had this incubator for a couple of months now and so far I’m very pleased with it. It is super easy to start up and use. I’ve used other brands and just trying to set them was intimidating. I really wanted an incubator where I could add water from the outside and have it control the humidity, which is the main reason I purchased this one. I’ve found in the past that other brands didn’t work well for me because the low humidity where I live. Every egg that I’ve put into the incubator (that was fertile) has hatched with no issue. This is much better than other incubators that I’ve used in the past. I going to try to hatch some harder to hatch ducks in it soon and am optimistic that this incubator can do the job.

I cannot say enough good things about this incubator. I bought two of these for my grandma. It is very easy to use. I set it at 37.5 temp, 46 % humidity for chicken eggs the first 1 though 18 days of incubation, then 56% for the three days of lock down. Hatch rates are 75% (keep in mind that we take out the ones that don't develop and some do not pip or hatch-this is the nature of chicken eggs). You should read the manual. It does have a light that shows up when the water is low. I leave this incubator at my grandmas and she checks the water. The only downfall is that the water float ( a little round ball) sticks and one time it did not float to the top and my grandma overfilled it, causing the excess water to spill into the incubator, causing the humidity to go to 70 percent and by the time I caught it the eggs had stopped developing. It has an automatic turner. It says it will hold 20 eggs, but I can only fit 18 Rhode Island Red chicken eggs in there. I have used this incubator to hatch shipped eggs and local eggs. We are currently using it!!!!! You can really set it and forget it aside from checking the water.
