Il sacco è robusto e pesante. Riempito con sabbia diventa irremovibile o quasi ;-)Le ventose in basso specialmente se estese alla massima lunghezza potrebbero risultare fragili. Fate attenzione!

My punching bag and stand arrived on time, it did arrive in two separate boxes about six hours apart. The quality is exactly what I would have expected, a good value for the dollar spent. I have my bag out in my back yard. I put the bag in my shed when I am not using it, I want to prolong the life of the material, I don't want to leave it in the elements when I am not using it. I leave the base/stand outside as it is filled with water and is more difficult to move, I am not worried about it being outside as it is a very durable hard plastic. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I have a few other products like gloves from RDX, all seem to be a good value for the dollar.

This free standing punching bag is of great quality. I was worried that the bag would be too lightweight. It is not. The floor stand is very well designed. It provides great stability. I was worried about assembly but it was very easy to build and place. I feel comfortable with this bag standing on my hardwood floor. The suction cups on the base keep the bag in place very well. The base is blow molded polypropylene and is very thick. I anticipate no leaks

It's a decently made bag and feels just right for kicks. (Punches too) My only issue is the box condition they ship things. My order came but due to a ripped up Biloxi the parts fell out. But the customer service was excellent in respond time and sending me the replacement pieces right away. So I'd buy again through these guys.

UPDATEMy review reached the seller's attention. They wrote to me, asking my opinions on everything included in my purchase. More importantly, they listened and sent my thoughts on to the manufacturer. But that is not the important point.RDX and this Amazon store went well out of their way to support me, their customer. They sent me a replacement bag at no cost to me, along with some other items. I can not begin to demonstrate my appreciation for both their customer support and customer valuation. I would especially like to thank Mr. Brian Watson, who stood by his product and interacted with me directly throughout the entirety of the replacement process. As a result of my experience, I have changed my rating to 4. I would give 4.5 if I could. I think there are still a few issues that need to be hammered out with this bag, but I also think that the stellar customer service more than makes up for this.Would I now recommend this Amazon store or any other RDX product? Absolutely, especially after customer care and relations have treated me and addressed the problems I noted down in my original review.====Started teaching my 12 year old son boxing. Got this because its movable and freestanding, and wanted to make sure he would commit before investing in better gear. Thankfully, he enjoys it as much as I did when I learned back in the late 1970's and into the 1980's. Here are the current issues.* Even on a smooth floor whereon the suction cups can properly function, the suction cups don't really work all that well. Even as out of shape as I am, one reserved punch from me can break their seal and either knock it over, or send it sliding a foot or so across the floor. Doesn't matter if its water or sand in the base. I really feel like if I were to really hit it, it'd explode. Even my son can hit it so hard that the suction cups break their seal and the whole apparatus tilts backward on the floor. I am genuinely concerned that if I teach my son how to properly drop step to put his full weight behind the punch, or some intermediate techniques (screw or inside rear uppercut) he'll hurt himself because the bag may do something weird. Regardless, we had to move it into a corner so it won't move around or get knocked over. This limits usefulness when sidestepping to train for hooks and other body shots.* With just teaching him the basics of form and technique, which is required before learning how really put you weight into a punch and multiply it with the correct muscles, my son - again, 12 years old - has punched a dent into the stuffing after a week of practicing ye olde 1 & 2. Currently, we're removing the bag and setting it on the floor after training to get the stuffing to pop back out, and using the reverse side of the bag to give the indented side a rest. The takeaways are as follows:1. If this is among the best freestanding bags out there, then I don't know what to say. I can't hit it like I need to, and neither can my son. If do, I think I'd break it. My son has already put a dent in it, and it doesn't seem to be coming out the way it should. I'll go back to using old sacks, or duffle bags, filled with sand and rags hung from a rope and shackle out at our shed. As it stands, I'm seriously considering asking for a refund and putting that toward a real leather bag.2. If you bare knuckle like I do, forget this bag. Without wraps, I dented the bag with a simple light jab. With wraps, I sent it skidding across the room. With gloves (I broke out my old lace-ups) its even worse - I thought I had split the bag.Next we come to the gloves that came with this bag. Ridiculous. They are ill fitting, and they shape the hand wrong. I have huge hands, so I knew they wouldn't fit me. They are sized about right for my son, but as I stated they shape the hand wrong. I really think that if you're a beginner you'd wind up hurting your knuckles and wrists even if you do know how to wrap your hands correctly or had someone with experience wrap them for you (bare knuckle - 120" wraps are good; using gloves and an open or closed wrap - 180" wraps required). This danger is increased dramatically because its pretty clear to me that most folk, unless they belong to a really good gym or are competing to some degree as a semi- or pro boxer, just don't know how to properly make a fist and then punch correctly. Most of the places I went to near us teach wrong hand position, wrong striking area of the knuckles, and wrong "snapping" at the end of the punch. The gloves that came with the bag and stand magnify these issue. That is inevitably going to lead to hand and wrist damage. So my belief regarding these gloves are as follows:1. If you're boxing and going to bare knuckle, learn how to properly wrap for your wrists and thumb, and above all learn to make a fist and how to strike correctly. If this is you, you don't need gloves anyway.2. If you're using gloves, I earnestly advise you to learn to wrap your wrists correctly, along with your knuckles. Spend the money for quality gloves. If you want my opinion, go with Reyes or Winning, followed by Everlast if they're good quality (inspect before you buy). That's just my preference. If you don't know what you're doing, find and talk to someone who does, and ask for their help.3. If you're doing MMA, I suppose the RDX fingerless gloves would be okay. I can't really answer that because I never practiced or competed in an MMA setting. The moral of the story here is, protect your hands (money makers). If you break 'em, you can't box. If you damage your fingers, or knuckles, or your metacarpals or wrists, forget your fingers and grip, and most everything else - including wiping your behind.Protect your hands by learning how to make a fast (your thumb is IMPORTANT), knowing which knuckles to strike with, how to wrap correctly, and finally spending money on good gloves. Regardless, of the style in which you whish to fight, the following will always be true as gold: when it comes to your wraps and especially your gloves, you get what you pay for.For these reasons, I really am thinking of returning this item if I can. As of right now, I do not think it was money well spent. I give it two stars only because of its ease of assembly, and portability. But regarding actual function, stability, and especially durability? These three qualities just are not there.

Easy to maneuver and relocate if needed. The bag doesn’t weigh as much as a traditional punching bag. A little on the softer side would be better if the bag was more dense for.

This is a good, sturdy, standing punch bag, well made and easy to assemble. The suction cups are good on parquet flooring, but for really hard punching and kicking I recommend filling it with 3 bags of builders sand from a builders yard (£2 each), then it is like glued to the floor. It does not offer the wide swinging motion of a hanging sand bag but, then there is no need to drill holes in the ceiling, lift a heavy bag onto it. It can stand discreetly in the corner of the living room under the included cover, and within 5 seconds be activated for a good workout. Brilliant. I just got it and am very happy.A big thank you also to B2Fitness and their excellent customer service. My punch bag had a little problem when it arrived, something that must have happened in the manufacturing process. As supply chains are disrupted because of Covid and Brexit, I was a bit concerned. However, every email from B2Fitness was clear, honest, polite and very helpful. So much so, that they admitted the disruption to their supply and offered me a refund, because they could not guarantee when the replacement would arrive. I was so impressed by their service and stuck with them, because I knew they would continue to do their best to put it right. And they did, the replacement arrrived much quicker than we all thought and was delivered to me. Thanks again for the great service.
