This was fairly easy to put together. You need a little strength to connect the pieces. It looks really good though. I like it a lot & would definitely recommend this product.

Terrific product. Super easy to put together. It’s nothing more than snapping Tab A into Slot B. Took me a few minutes to assemble, and that’s not an exaggeration. A baby could do it. We have a radiator steam pipe running from floor to ceiling in our kitchen on which the paint has gotten dry and been peeling off for awhile now. Totally unsightly, and I have totally NOT felt like sanding and repainting it. This product has taken that eyesore away from us as you can see in my side-by-side photo. These are great, don’t hesitate to buy them!

Easy to assemble to your desired size, I like the design, and works well even the radiator is on

I bought this to hide an ugly radiator in my NYC apartment. It does the job wonderfully. It's a bit flimsy and so you can't add heavy items on top of it beyond a few light books.

Every once in awhile you come across an imaginative, useful and clever solution to an ongoing challenge. We came across the solution with the Ready Covers.... a kind of miracle in New York as we are introduced to the challenges of our apartments at all levels. And the exposed heater is an ongoing issue for every resident. Lo and behold, along comes the Ready Cover that is easy to erect, flexible for all sizes and types of units and the end result gets regular responses from friends and visitors who quickly pursue the product on their own.I'd love to hear the story of the creation of the clever format and design of the units that join together and adapt to the needs of the unit... something tells me the inventors have kids and they were playing with a game of similar joining units to shape things. Just thinking.Anyway, I'm delighted with the product and ordered another set for the country house and will be keeping my eye out for future apartment heaters needing such a creative cover and will pitch to the residents (well, I'll do it with some grace) and get them into our club. Thanks again .... the place looks great. :)

Terrible. Misleading images on product page and build instructions. The top DOES NOT securely affix to the sides. It can only attach to either the front or back. I waited weeks for all the parts to come. Had to order more because the specs are slightly smaller for each piece than indicated in the dimensions. It seems easy enough until you are layering panels and as you hammer the product cones apart at other places. The last side never fastened to the other three. I had to drive nailed through a number of places to secure and prevent from falling over. Don’t waste your money or time!

I am pretty satisfied with this cover, because all the other covers I looked at were way too big. This item enabled me to construct a cover that was just the right size and didn't waste space in the room, and would protect a small child from touching the hot radiator. It is a little flimsy because the connecting pegs don't hold so tightly, and there are so many pieces being connected to form a cover. However, it works for my needs because it's between a bed and the wall, so can't get knocked into easily. The problem is that it did not come with enough pegs to connect the panels into a complete cover. I needed to construct a simple 4x4 front, with two 4x1 sides and a 4x1 top. That uses 28 panels out of the 30 provided, and requires 135 pegs to assemble The package only came with 114 pegs! When I requested extra pegs, I was sent a full replacement and told to take the pegs that I needed and send the rest back. That solved the problem for me, but whoever winds up getting the item I returned will also be short pegs unless they are making a smaller cover than I did! Was my first package short on pegs because a previous buyer had to do the same thing? The manufacturer should really put 150 pegs into each package to enable the customer to assemble a cover, plus some extra, because they are small and can get lost easily.
