Works with Kilz acrylic latex primer just fine. I used this to coat the lower inside surface and edges of some otherwise untreated OSB wall board in termite country. Not much in the way of instructions provided. Use a stirring attachment with an electric drill and mix the hell out of it. Will makes the paint much thicker and thereby reduce coverage, so take this into account.

First rainstorm and the paint discolored, wood warped after a few rainstorms. Meh.
