I have always had problems with the weather stripping in my Jeep and leaking water. This solves the worry where the top sits on the body of the Jeep. Once I pulled the top off it was a breeze to install and now has created a barrier in an area that can easily leak water. No more worries about the top leaking into the back of the Jeep.

Thought it would fit my 2018 JL (not 4xe). It does not. Really nice looking quality item, good feel, clearly a very simple install.
