Just the thing I needed to fix an album cover with 2 split seams. It is a little tricky getting it placed correctly, just takes some patience. Placement is easy once you get the hang of it.

The only product I’ve tried so far fixes record sleeves. Can be a little tricky getting the item inside a sleeve if the sleeve is not fully apart though.

My husband is an audiophile with a lot of albums in different conditions. I was hoping to fix albums torn at the seams but the strings don’t adhere well. So far double sided tape is working

You have to be extremely accurate which isn’t easy. The adhesive really is sticky but with that being said hard to apply if you don’t want to rip it by the seams. And if you do decide to go through with that. The end labels could be totaled. Hard to fold over when you are trying to put the cover back on. Also these are too large and don’t fit some albums that have cardboard before the end labels to keep those protected. This should only be used as a last resort. Not on albums that only have small seam splits.
