Writing this review at 158 completed cooks and 157 hours of cook time over 6 months of use.. This thing is awesome. I love the high temps for searing steaks and lower temp for the longer smokes. It holds set my temperature on point everytime, even when it’s freezing or windy outside. Lots of accessories for this size - my favorite are the grill grates for getting awesome sear hashmarks. I found the size to be perfect for a family of 4 with some room for more. Cleaning out the ash couldn’t be any easier with the lever. My experience with this grill alone has made me a RecTeq customer for life.

I have had a "pellet grill" before and it worked well (until the fire box completely rusted out), until it didn't.That's why I bought this pit, it had more stainless steel than any other out there. It cooks very well. It will blast to 600 degrees in less than 15 minutes. The only thing I can't figure out is the WiFi.

Makes great smoke, really easy to use and maintain, and the grill can be set incredibly hot as advertised (I heated it to 990 degrees in less than ideal conditions).Unfortunately, I can't give it five stars, because the lid construction is flimsy, particularly the hinge, and because of the poor hinge design mine won't even stay comp!etely closed unless I put a rock on the handle. At $900 I expected the lid to be as well-constructed as the rest of it.

Like many others, I did a ton of research on which pellet grill to get. I eventually narrowed it down to the Traeger Timberline, Camp Chef Woodwind Pro and the Yoder 640. That being said I always kept coming back to the Bullseye Deluxe because of its temperature range, availability of accessories (same size as Weber kettle) and ease of cleaning. I ultimately decided on the Bullseye and couldn’t be happier. I will admit that if you’re going to primarily use a pellet grill for long brisket, etc cooks then the Yoder etc are a better choice. I use the bull’s-eye 80% weekday cooks and 20% long smokes. Brisket came out perfect. Cooked for 16 hours and had perfect dark color etc. I use the only fire barbecue cooking grate system and a smokeware 18inch stainless steel drip pan for my long cooks and it works fantastic. Keeps the inside of the bull’s-eye clean and prevents any drips, etc.. I also recommend the recteq carbon steel griddle. One seasoned it works fantastic for smash burgers fajitas, fish. Lastly I use the Aura cast iron grill grate for steaks and anything else I want a good sear with. Lastly, it’s perfect for pizza. There are a lot of options out there, but you can’t go wrong with this grill.

The Bullseye Deluxe looks absolutely fantastic. Setting this up was a breeze, but for some reason they didn't include a manual inside the box and I had to look it up on my phone.Nevertheless, it's a beautiful smoker. I love the fact that there's a probe which can monitor the temperature. I can't wait to cook on it but I just wanted to share my thoughts on how good it looks first.

First cook was chicken thighs at 250 degrees. They came out great. Going to 3-2-1 some 2” thick sirloin steaks on it on ThanksgivingPurchased. 2”x 19” cake pan to use as a drip pan when cooking bigger cuts of meat. Only wood pellet smoker - grill I owned that didn’t have a traditional drip pan.I think this smoker grill will offer me the best of both worlds combined… smoking or high temp searing.
