Pros: This is a very sturdy recumbent bike. It arrived well packaged and was very easy to put together. It has a nice smooth operation and it is whisper quiet. The price is excellent. It comes with batteries for LED. The sliding seat easily would accommodate riders up to 6'5".Cons: the resistance is very light compared to expensive recumbents at the gym. If you are looking to push uphill rides this is not for you. You change the resistance levels by turning the knob 1-8. Level 8 the highest is nowhere near what you would find on a high end gym bike. It is acceptable to get your heart rate up and get a decent workout. I normally ride at level 7 or 8 and wish there were 3 more clicks. The peddles are low to the floor. I would say if you have a size 12+ men's shoe size do not buy this. You will bottom out at every turn. I put hard foam under the feet for more range. My opinion is that this bike is excellent for the elderly to work on mobility and those needing a rehab method. This is not for a young workout person looking to push a hard cardio workout. Note that there is no way to contact the company. The manual says to contact the seller. If there is a longevity issue I will update.
