This is a very nice latch that is very well made. I did have to bend the shaft to match the angle of my door. I was a bit disappointed that there were no mounting screws included.

Works way better then original equipment and a lot stronger. If you set it rite it will fit tight to one side and there is no rattle of latch or even the door on breezy days . 10 out of 10

I've broken my share of the plastic versions of these door holders. No more. We bought a new trailer and this is one of the first items I purchased. The cheap crap the manufacturer provided when in the trash and this replaced it. No longer worried about it breaking mid-trip.

Had to bend it slightly. But works great. All bolt holes lined up with the previous plastic one the trailer came with. I could’ve moved it but wanted to use original bolt holes. Tapped it with a hammer on a curved surface and had it done in under 5 minutes. Thanks
