I wanted these racks to replace my old wooden plant stands. The adjustable shelves makes them ideal for my purpose. Although I doubt it's recommended to have them out in the elements, the apparent powder coating seems to be holding up nicely. If down the road they need repainting that's always an option. My old wooden racks took much care and painting too.The assembly was extremely easy. Once assembled they are very sturdy with very strong shelves. My circumstance is different because my concrete slab is sloped for drainage so I did have to make some rivnut brackets with adjustable threaded feet to level the extreme slope.I love the looks of these racks. The adjustment holes are to the inside instead of visible from the outside frame like some brands. It gives it a very finished look and not the look of some warehouse racks. The railings and uprights on the frame are thin enough not to look obtrusive yet very strong. The shipping was very fast and packaging very well done for protection. Communication for shipment tracking was outstanding. I originally ordered two, then one more, and now receiving a 4th unit today. I am very pleased with the price and product.

SUMMARY:Best shelving I've seen being made today and well worth the price.FULL REVIEW:We purchased two large shelving units for our garage over 10 years ago, which have worked great and are very good quality. Fast forward to today and we needed another unit for some additional storage, and I started looking for something as close as possible to what we have, which we also purchased on Amazon, and I believe were Husky branded back then. Problem is that the current Husky (also branded as Edsel, I think) shelves are not made the way they were back then and seem to be made differently and terrible and are quality compared to how they used to be.What we had before are the type that have the upside-down keyhole slots in the corner posts and the wire-type shelf inserts. Seems like most of the shelves today are particle board and have a different type of fastener, which doesn't work as well and is not as sturdy. We had about 45 inches of space, so a typical 48-inch shelving unit wouldn't fit. A 36-inch unit would fit, but then I'm losing storage space. I found these Reibii shelves and was impressed with the quality and the fact that they have a very similar, but better, design to what we have. Also, the fact that Reibii makes shelving units in many different widths, including 40 inches, which was perfect for our needs. So, after much research, I finally ordered the 40 x 18 x 72 inch unit. It was not offered under Prime, so I did something I almost never do and ordered from a third-party merchant here on Amazon. I did this because the Reibii shelves simply looked so much better than anything else out there and figured I was willing to take my chances. I'm glad I did.First off, I received the shelving unit 7 days earlier than expected. I ordered on Friday and it was here on Tuesday, in perfect condition. All parts were well protected and nothing was missing.Assembly was so simple I never read the instructions and it even came with a small mallet and gloves. It took me maybe 30 minutes and I wasn't rushing. These assembled just like my older shelves, but the design on these is even better because the corner posts are double-wall, so the keyhole slots are hidden on the inside and the outside is smooth. It just looks cleaner, and I would imagine it also makes them stronger. Assembly simply requires placing the rails into the desired slots and hitting with the mallet to seat them. Once together the unit is very sturdy. Assembly can easily be done by one person. You can adjust the spacing of the shelves in 1-inch increments, which is really handy. These have the same type of wire rack shelves as our old ones, except that these are painted black whereas the old ones are silver. They also have the post couplers where many of the other brands do not, so you don't have to rely on a shelf to hold the two sections together. Also, these can be made into two shorter units, and they actually included enough post end caps to configure them this way.Everything about these says quality and attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with this purchase, and I feel that this is an exceptional product that is worth the price I paid for it. If I need more shelves in the future, these are what I will buy and I will have no hesitation buying directly from Reibii based on this experience.
