I have only had these railings up for three years. They were only used probably less than 50 times since they go to the 3rd floor and we rarely go up there since my daughter went away to college. Well they disintigrated and broke off like they are cheap plastic or something the way METAL should NOT. Luckily nobody was hurt but I am VERY upset that the one thing they are supposed to do, it failed. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!!!

DO NOT buy this product.!! Should be illegal to sell this. Three broke while screwing them and two just by pulling on hand rail. Amazon take note andDo yourself a favor and remove garbage like this from your website.One star by force other wise
