My wife is obsessed with floor cleaners and mops, and is currently on her third narwhal system. She really liked these replacement parts a lot! She is mostly used the bags and the cleaning pads so far, and feels like they are just as good as the original. All in all a very high quality set and a great value!

First off let me say how happy I am that there are knock offs to the name brand supplies. When the company of a $1500 machine wants you to buy a $260 replacement part kit for routine maintenance items, theres a problem. As you can see in the picture, I clearly was in need of replacement parts but hadn’t made the plunge to choose an accessory pack seller- because there was absolutely no way I was buying the narwal brand. When I was able to get this pack I was super excited. Everything was packed well, and a lot of the items were individually packaged. I tried everything out same day and every part was a perfect fit with no problems- super easy. I’m excited to have an affordable option to buy going forward. I will keep this brand in mind for future restocks as long as the price stays low so I can make sure I’m getting the best bang for my buck. But for now I appreciate appropriately priced fitting working parts.

Very impressive, this kit for the great price. All parts fit precisely instead oem replacement parts. Parts has absolutely same quality as originals.Like it very much and very happy don't need to spend more money on oem replacements.

before the tariffs jack up prices on Chinese replacement parts. These work flawlessly with my Freo Z and for a fraction of the price. I don't know why the OEM parts are so expensive.

This kit came with all the replaceable parts I need for my robot vacuum, everything fits perfectly. Parts are great quality like the originals that came with the robot, and work as expected. I would gladly recommend as this is a much more affordable kit!

I recently purchased the Narwal Freo Z and despite it's rather judgy assessment of my floors being "heavily soiled" I will reluctantly agree that that dirty water tank isn't lying. So yes, the robot was right and is awesome, but I gunked up those original pads pretty quick. This pack has everything I need to replace all the disposable parts, and has plenty to spare so I'll be set for a very long time. I compared each item to the original and they are a perfect match. I feel great being able to keep my robot in top shape without breaking the bank.Pros: Perfect OEM fitCons: None that I can findOverall: Great replacement for OEM

I was surprised at just how much was in this box. I don't think I realized how much I was getting when I ordered this but it's a lot. I run our machine every single day. I can tell by the dirty water every single time just how hard it's working to keep the house clean so I really need to keep a backup supply on hand.Sure enough, when I replaced the mops on mine with the new ones in here, I saw that the original set was actually shredded because they are just used so much. Every thing in here fit perfectly as a replacement which is probably the most important part.
