Easy Installation

STEP 1

Remove the access panel.

STEP 2

Loosen the twelve 7/16” hex head nuts and remove the original return header.

Clean the tube sheet of any debris, sealant, and any remains of the old gasket.

STEP 4

Install the drain plug to return header.

Deargooday

STEP 5

Lubricate the perimeter gasket with any silicone based lubricant and place the perimeter gasket in the groove of the header.

STEP 6

Install the replacement header and the twelve 7/16” hex head nuts. (Follow the torque pattern when tightening the nuts)
