This product looked to be used. It came in a box with no plastic wrapping. There was dried up dirt on the retractable cover. There were scratches and blemish on the mounting bar. There was no paperwork.Update on 1/28/25:VeCarTech has been in touch with me and will replace my cover for no extra charge. The product issue was not their problem. It was a shipping issue. Customer service with VeCarTech is excellent and I would buy from them again.
