So My girlfriend and I both got one. I was able to get mine for Android up And running no problem. I had to really mess around and read the instructions over and over until finally I just started messing around but I was finally able to get it to work in the actual game itself. One of them didn't come with a Joystick, the camera one specifically but it works without it for the most part. Still not entirely sure what I did for the apple phone, May have had to do with an update for her apps or perhaps hitting the reset button and re connecting the device perhaps both. It's working now and she is happy so that makes me happy.
