So there are no manuals with this. If you know this type of valve, you will have zero issues but if you are like me and it's your first time, this might be puzzling.Since all I had were the pictures, I connected as the picture shows (orientation wise) does not work like this. The exhaust needs to be connected on the port that has no mesh inside, very important. These can work as normally on and normally off. Mine came in normally on. To make it normally off you need to take it apart, reverse the piston inside and switch the hardware from both ends. On the end with the wires, if you look inside the plastic part that contacts with the aluminium body, you will see 2 holes opposite from each other for the screws and a third one in one corner. This is a port with a rubber gasket that needs to be over the same tiny hole in the body. The solenoid will only work if this port is pressurized. Hope that clears things up for noobs like me :P Works like a charm :)

This solenoid valve works very well and seems to be of high quality. Packaging was very secure and includes everything you need to get this up and running. Would buy again.
