It’s easy to replace the old strap and it comes with the washers, nuts and bolts but I had to use the original bolts. The tube steel the bolts go through on mine isn’t wide enough for the nuts to tighten down on because the bolts aren’t threaded all the way down. You can and washers if you have them but I replaced mine out in the field.
