I am firmly of the opinion that the new class of portable controllers for phones are WILDLY overpriced for what they are. Most of these controllers are easily $80 - $100. Consider that Switch, Xbox, and PS5 controllers with haptics, Bluetooth, IMUs, batteries, and other internal electronics are less than these stupid phone controllers. So, I found my Kishi used for a scant $25 and I jumped on it. That’s all these things should cost. But if this breaks, no way I’m replacing it at full price. So, I figured I should look for a good case to protect the thing while it isn’t in use. This case is solid. Sturdy build, great feeling and robust zipper, and about as minimally bulky as a case like this can be. Really I have no complaints about the case and highly recommend it if you’re like me and have no interest in replacing your phone controller because of a backpack mishap.

This is a review of the “RLSOCO Hard Case for Razer Kishi V2/Kishi V2 Pro”.This is a small case for the Razer Kishi V2 (Pro), which will hold the Kishi v2 controller in a travel bag while protecting the buttons and sticks. The case itself is reasonably tough - it doesn’t flex a lot under pressure but due to its small size relative to the controller itself it flexes enough to transmit pressure to the analog sticks - you can hear them click if you squeeze the bag a little.Inside the case there is a small pouch for a charge cable - you’ll need a very short one to actually fit in the pouch since the pouch is very small.Fit to the controller is good - it doesn’t slide around in the case. Pictured is the Kishi 2 Pro and a charge cable in the case.Overall, this is a decent case for the Kishi v2 and Kishi v2 Pro. It’s definitely one of the more compact cases you can get for this series of controller, but that means it compromises somewhat on protection.
