DO NOT BUY - it doesnt rock! I bought this for the hands-free rocking and it doesn't work on any speed! it's been a waste of money. Worked for a month and one day it the rocking features stopped working like the motor is shot inside it? Makes a HORRIBLE knocking sound as well. I tried to go through the warranty I purchased with it for a refund to but something else that would work and I can't seem to get that to actually work either!VERY DISAPPOINTED- NOT WORTH THE MONEY

UPDATE:After leaving the before review, the company ranked out to learn a little more about my concern in an effort to improve the product. Once they had a better understanding, they passed it on to the quality team to improve the product. While my concern is still applicable until the product is redesigned, I applaud the company for their willingness to do everything to make the best product possible.This bassinet wasn’t too difficult to put together. The rocking and sound work as advertised and helps put my baby to sleep. This bassinet walls should be mesh all the way around but is not on the side that folds down and goes by the bed. This is where the baby always ends up as he tries to get closer to his mom so he’s pushed up against a fabric wall instead of breathable mesh.

I recently purchased this bassinet and was initially drawn to its rocking feature. The concept is great, and the rocking motion is gentle and soothing. However, I found that it was a bit too slow for my baby, who prefers a slightly faster motion to fall asleep.Despite this minor issue, I have to commend the exceptional customer service. I reached out with my concerns, and they were incredibly responsive and attentive. They took my feedback seriously and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me.Overall, while the rocking speed wasn't quite right for us, the outstanding customer service made the experience positive. If you're looking for a bassinet with a gentle rocking motion and excellent support, this is a great choice.

The bassinet is nice and durable. The mattress is so soft and thin that when you put a sheet on it, the mattress curls up around the edges. So you must use the mattress sheet provided, other sheets won’t work. FYI. When I contacted their customer service, they were quick to respond and help resolve the issue. I changed my rating based on their customer service support.It would be nice if there were pockets in the sides for storage. But overall it is a nice bassinet and we are happy with it. Rocker and music are nice additions.

A lot to like about this. It moves slowly for rock my baby to sleep. 2 speeds - not fast at all which I thought I wasn’t going to like, but turns out to be perfect. I love that the side flip down for ease of use when in bed. But my favorite part is the adjustable sides. My baby has reflux and I’m able to tilt one side up to help ease his reflux (doctor recommended). Great value for the money. The ONLY thing I don’t love, is that the “universal” covers don’t fit well on the pad. The pad is very thin so the covers tend to fold over the pad edges a little. Other than that, I love it. I feel like my baby is very safe in it.
