I was having shoulder issues last year and my PT suggested I purchase these and they really helped a lot. Put them on while doing your stretching exercises and you'll feel your muscles pull but in a good way. Just make sure you don't keep them on too long because they'll leave a deep purple suction mark.

Using these cups has changed my life. If money were no object, I would need deep tissue massages 3 times a week to manage my pain. But with these, I can help myself instead of relying on massage therapists or friends to shove an elbow in a knot. Worth every penny. My pain is 85% relieved. Super easy to use!

I'm impressed by the powerful suction when you use the "inverted cup method".

I’m a licensed professional massage therapist who is certified in IASTM modalities like Graston and cupping therapy.I wanted so hard not to like these cups because I think the Rock brand is very pretentious and tries WAY too hard to be cool. I bought the Rock Pods set because we’re going to be using them at my work in a few months, and I wanted to get a jumpstart on working with them.I was pleasantly surprised. I think they’re a great little addition to my IASTM tool arsenal. If you turn them inside out before applying them, you get an even better suction. The handle on top allows you to really manipulate soft tissue by pulling up the skin and fascia, and mobilizing it more vigorously. The cups adhere to curved surfaces like forearms better than glass or plastic cups. They are not, sadly, good for gliding cupping though; they just don’t seem to want to move that way. Other silicone cups are better suited for gliding. The biggest turnoff is the PRICE. Yes, the Rock Pods cups are well made. Yes, the case is durable and super quality. But I have purchased 25 or 30 plastic cups with a suction gun for less than half the price of these 8 Rock Pods cups. Another reason to dislike the brand.

Gréât product but , they could have added 2 more cups in each the red and the black . They filled it with thick styrofoam instead. I felt ripped off

OK there are cheaper alternatives but after spending a good few hours playing with these I can say confidently that they are way better for active cupping. This is because they flex with movement and don't fly off like solid cups do. The carry case is very nice and really useful for storage or mobile treatments plus no need to use a separate pump making application and removal quicker and easier. Like everything rock makes they are expensive but good quality. I work on a variety of clients but a lot of bodybuilders and powerlifters, they will absolutely love these and I'm looking forward to treating deltoid issues with them. Application on certain areas can be a little fiddly and I'm yet to discover how they cope with body hair but so far very impressed. Also worth a mention they're way easier to clean than traditional cups.

I got this set as used (“very good condition”). It came in good condition, except with lot of pet hair... I washed and disinfected them before my first use. The cupping pods have great suction comparing to other cupping sets I have bought; just as good as the same set that my physiotherapist used on me. It came with a sturdy carrying case. The price is higher than other sets I have but the with a good carrying case like that, it’s worth it.

My physical therapist started using these on me after a 5 year battle with ankylosing spondylitis. I gained more motion in my right shoulder and much better on my left side. With someone putting them on and moving them one way while I move as well does wonders. Almost like a deep tissue massage mixed with an acupressure massage. I would consult a physical therapist before using to learn the dos and don'ts and start with 60-90 seconds with them on. And yes you do get the ring marks for a few days so twice a week is a good plan .
