The RDSM12 dual sealed speaker box is made in the USA with Grade “A” 5/8” MDF wood. This enclosure is made with precision cutting machinery by industry experts that have been making these enclosures in the USA for over 20 years. The reason we made these with 5/8" MDF is because we needed to keep the mounting depth as shallow as possible. This uses the best grade "A" wood, and the 5/8" MDF sounds amazing. All Rockville enclosures come with a customized enhanced glue that is unmatched by any other manufacturer. That means that the carpet will stay in place and not rip or tear. The USA MDF is much stronger then any type of import wood.  This will keep your box performing at an optimal level by not flexing and distorting your woofers. Your woofers will thank you!  EVERY Rockville enclosure is not only glued at all joints but stapled as well. If that wasn’t enough we add a layer of silicon to every seam! This makes your Rockville enclosure rock even more!

Subpar box.. save your money or use as a filler while you save.. cheap adhesives and stapled together box.. glued in connector junction..

This box exceeded my expectations. It sounds very good as far as hitting mid to deep bass notes. I recommend spacers and using polyfil or some type of sound damping material to help with the sound. After adding a good bit to mine, it sounds like a larger enclosure. Great box for shallow subs.

This is not what I paid for. The holes are almost a full inch too small very unhappy do not buy this.

After careful consideration I've made up my mind with this review. The box is built very good and no generic parts were used. Circumstances were perfect and overall appearance magnificent. I chose to rate it 4 stars instead of 5 based solely on it not having quite enough air space in it which caused my Rockford's to bottom out a little sooner than they regularly would.
