Dishwasher model: WDT910SAYM1Wheels on the original Whirlpool part were attached using long plastic tabs that eventually break off. If you have quick reflexes, you can prevent a catastrophe as your top rack, inevitably loaded, suddenly drops on one side due to a wheel detachment. Come on, Whirlpool!Enter this part. The wheels are help on with a metal screw. Time will tell how durably this screw is held in the plastic part, but I'm far more optimistic about this configuration's durability. The plastic ends that snap on the end of the rails were really tight. I ended up just using the originals since they weren't broken and saving these if they do break.Installation is quick and easy using readily available videos on YouTube.Overall, I'm thrilled with this product.

This saved me from having to call the repair guy. Super sturdy wheels compared to the originals. Installs fairly easily if you are so inclined or super easy if you simply Google a video. Would highly recommend if your dishwasher top rack has broken a wheel or two on the slider or your adjuster is broken. This WILL FIX IT.

The parts are a direct fit, and it was fairly easy to figure out the placement (no instructions were provided in the box). Parts seem sturdy and work as expected.

The Whirlpool-made dishwashers that these parts fit are sold under a bunch of different brands, from Kenmore to Kitchen-Aid. And you know what? They were all junk from the factory. The original plastic parts were made of pasta and gouda cheese. And when one plastic part fails, you might as well replace the lot because the rest are going to fail one little chunk at a time until it takes out the impeller in your dishwasher's drain pump. Ask me how I know. But at that point, most people will just replace the whole dishwasher and chalk it up to a learning experience, shaking their head that things just aren't made like they used to be. And so if theirs was a Kenmore, they go out and buy a Kitchen-Aid for twice the price, figuring that if they just spend enough, it will last. Silly rabbits, because in 5 years they're going to go through the whole sad experience all over again. These replacement parts are made of better stuff and so far, they're holding up brilliantly while I wait for the next piece of pasta plastic to fail somewhere underneath that's harder to get to.

This product was made out of heavy-duty plastic, even heavier than the original. It went in perfectly, with one exception. (One of the bottom middle pieces.) That piece didn't quite fit and I'm not sure if it's because not all the remaining edges from the 3D print were removed or if the piece was just a hair too short. FWIW, the original fit in there just fine, and the same piece from this kit for the other side fit just fine.I love that they included all the parts I needed, including new end caps for the slider bars. I'm really glad I got the whole set because as I pulled out the rack to replace the left roller, the right roller broke! There were no instructions included, but YouTube is my friend and I had no trouble finding a video to show me how to remove the old pieces and install the new ones.I would absolutely recommend this set. Although I get the feeling that these replacements are sturdy enough to outlast the dishwasher itself, if I ever need to replace them again I'm buying these.

After finally getting the replacement wheel assemblies installed, the upper rack in my Whirlpool WDT970SAH dishwasher is working well again. The flimsy wheels provided by the manufacturer that clip to plastic connectors failed after 3 years (just past my extended warranty!!!). By chance, I searched on Amazon and found this replacement for those wheels. The design is much better.I wish that there were some instrcutions provided for diassembly and reassembly. Fortunately I disassembled and reassembled one side at a time by using the other side as a reference.I'm saw in another review that the openings on certain of the plastic pieces had plastic burrs left over from the extrusion that needed to be trimmed in order for clips to lock in properly. This was exactly the case on the item I received. I used a razor knife to trim the burrs in order to get the clips to lock in. It's possible that the clips were not exactly sized correctly which could have exasperated the issue. In any case, the trimming of the plastic in the holes with a razor knife finally allowed for the clips to lock in properly.I'm sure that the wheels now secured with screws in this new arrangement are much stronger and more duarble than the originals which snapped on to plastic connectors. All told, I'm satisfied with the product aside from the fact that there were no installation instructions and some of the openings needed to be deburrerd/expanded.

It arrived undamaged, but had the following problems:One wheel was stuck to the gray frame and wouldn't roll without prying it away to break the glue or parts lightly melted together. Loosening the screw didn't help at all. The retaining clips (circled in red) of the circled parts aren't long enough to actually lock them in place, they're about .5mm too short, and no amount of squeezing them could get them to lock in place. I re-used the originals and they worked and locked perfectly into place on the new parts. The good: after some encouragement, all four wheels roll great and fit well. Besides the mentioned clips, everything works exactly as expected.
