I had to check back at what color I selected when I first saw the ottoman out of its package. It wasn't as grey as I thought it would be. It is a brownish grey. It also wasn't as solid as I thought it would be. It really squishes down instead of holding more of its shape. On a positive note, it is soft to the touch and the cover is easily removable for washing.

It's a nice size, the fabric is lovely; soft, thick, plush. Very easy to fill once the insert expanded. Points deducted for the fill not being enough to fully fill the insert making it look sloppy and smash down too far when actually used as a foot rest, and for color. I allowed insert to expand for 48 hours before inserting it, so this wasn't user error. Also, it's supposed to be grey, but pulls exceptionally purple for some reason. I wish I could give this a better rating, but it needs improvement.
