This was super easy to install and made a huge difference. I used on the exposed edges of wood closet shelves - went from looking old and dingy to brand new (with the help of some shelving paper too, which I applied first). It took less than 10 minutes to do 20 feet of shelving. First you do the center section, peeling off a few inches of adhesive backing at a time as you apply. I did the top next, followed by the bottom. Cuts easily with regular scissors.

I originally purchased this product to baby proof certain places around the house. It was intended for my table and tv console first but I didn’t expect it to be smaller and thinner. But I was able to use it at other places including parts of the coffee table and the kitchen island. It was easy to place on and the adhesive helped make sure it stayed on. It was easily manipulated around corners. It was a little too thin for me and it felt like my baby could still hurt themselves if they run towards the rubber. Overall, it’s a great piece, just do a little bit better research than I did to see what thickness you want for your needs.

The installation was just so easy but a set of instructions would have been nice. Looks good and works well.
