Only frisbee I have found that my collie doesn’t immediately destroy. Will continue to order…love that it’s USA made

I don't usually write reviews but given this wasn't a cheap toy, I feel I need to let you know how quickly it was destroyed. My dog destroyed this toy inside of 5 minutes. I thought these were durable. Do not buy if you have a tough chewer. Money down the drain.

I absolutely love Rough Dawg brand. I have a VERY aggressive chewer and have bought her the ball, dumbbell and donut(RIP Donut😬). It's trial and error, really, with this big furbaby. So... I got a puppy recently and he's a chewer as well, so I got him the wee-nut. He loves it!! Especially the crinkle sound!! Well, sister furbaby (large breed aggressive chewer) heard the crinkle and stole it from smaller breed, less destructive baby brother. Not even 5 minutes later... RIP Wee-nut. Again, LOVE THIS BRAND!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Like I said, it's trial and error with an aggressive chewer. It's my personal opinion that this is good for a not so extreme chewer.

I have bought several of these over the past few years...even for my friends dogs lol. These throw better, are softer for my dogs teeth and don't get stuck in trees very often. My dog is obsessed with these frisbees. There are other good ones but I've never found one better than this. I mistakenly ordered the Jr version which is much smaller but it doesn't even matter. Still throws great and doesn't even slow him down.

We have a medium size dog and this Ruff Dawg K9 flyer is by far the best disk for play.We have tried multiple types of flying disk. Nothing compares to the flight quality of this K9 disk. It floats perfectly for our dog to catch it with ease. It also folds easy for flat pick up for your dog. I can't say enough, we absolutely love this K9 Ruff Dawg flying disk. 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Update: Turns out this new version is slightly heavier and slightly smaller than the older version. It's characteristics are also slightly different. I Find Its float is slightly less, so it drops slightly quicker. Some adjustments on how it gets tossed had to be corrected.

My dog loves all of the products from RuffDawg. This frisbee is well made and my dog likes to chase it. The color is nice and bright so I can find it in the yard easily. It doesn't soar as well as the cloth ones, but my dog also doesn't rip holes in it.

Every night we play “Frisbee”, her favorite word. You can throw this thing a country mile, and with practice, can turn them over so they roll hundreds of feet. They’re pretty durable. I don’t let her chew on them too long or they will puncture. Great weight, substantial, very easy to clean and no smell. On average, I probably buy 3-4 a year, but well worth it, as it keeps my dog super active.

Our dog absolutely loves this toy. We put treats and also at times put his food in it it it keeps him occupied trying to get it out. He also loves playing with it empty as well. He is a strong chewer and it has stood up well so far.

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar "twig" toy that I accidentally chucked way over a fence and into a drainage system (oops). Our poor little fetching Mini Dachshund was depressed at the loss; it was literally her favorite item for fetching. So I was glad to find this replacement on Amazon.A lot of the reviews say that this toy is too small and their dog destroys it. Pay attention to the product's dimensions. This is a small toy, and probably not the best option if you have a large dog (e.g., Labrador). It's perfect for small dogs. They do make a longer model called "the stick" if "the twig" is too short. In my opinion, the rubber is fairly thick, it's durable and resilient (for a small dog anyway). Our dachshund continuously chews on it whenever she is finished fetching. Now I'm not talking all day here. She'll chew on it for a good 5-10 minutes at most. I routinely check her toys for damage, and neither this twig nor the previous twig have ever had any pieces missing or been chewed in half. I point this out because I probably would have been afraid to purchase this based on some of the reviews here stating the toy was easily destroyed from chewing. Two last items of interest: 1) the picture shows three twigs, but you are only purchasing one twig toy--which seems obvious, but the picture does show three twigs 2) you cannot choose the color of the twig--you get whatever you get. We received two green twigs (scored!), which is good because I was worried we were going to end up with the ugly white and light orange swirl color.Bottom line, this is a great little toy for a small dog who likes fetching.

I already wrote a review of the larger Ruff Dawg flyer. My opinion of this flyer is the same in terms of the quality and fun-factor. This size is even better for smaller dogs. Our pup, Charles, is a 15lb terrier mix. He loves his regular size flyer, but he loves this one even more. He carries it around the house and even puts it on his bed and sleeps next to it some afternoons. Here is the text of my original review for the larger size.**************************************Product design? In a k-9 flyer? If it's round and flat, doesn't that cover it? No, you need more and here's why.The dog parks are littered with hard plastic flying discs left behind by owners. They are missing pieces after being clenched and tugged in too many jaws. They are slick with doggie saliva. The dogs start to ignore them. How is this different?+ Material. This flyer has a soft, flexible rubber that withstands sharp doggie teeth. You see indentations from teeth, but it is difficult to rip into pieces. Unlike the hard plastic discs that have chunks missing, this flyer will continue to fly well for months of play time. Also, though I've done no scientific tests, this always feels less slimy than the hard plastic versions. This greatly reduces the ick-factor related to extended fetch sessions.+ Shape. It's flat but has a slight lip around the edge. This makes it much easier to pick-up. We've tried dozens of flyers for our pup, but his lack of opposable thumbs creates real challenges when retrieving them from flat surfaces like pavement or a wooden deck. He never has issues with the Ruff Dawg flyer.+ Flexibility. This flyer is slightly floppy. It's very easy for him to fold in half and carry around. If you have a smaller dog, this greatly increases the fun-factor. Also, I'm never worried about tossing it around in the back yard. It doesn't harm anything if my poor aim sends it careening into a window or flower pot.You may think that all flying discs are created equal, but this one is much better for doggie play than any other we've tried. Charlie loves it so much that we bought extra in case one is lost.
