Bought this after measuring my S380 to the S9 on the Ruger website. It fits perfectly!!!! I'm so happy with this purchase, I got it for a good deal too with prime and I'm surprised how it goes invisible and fits comfortably in my waistband. If your looking for a ccw holster for your Ruger Security 380 this is a solid buy!!!

Bought for my Ruger security 9. Works like they say. Great construction and great price. Holster holds the gun nice and tight and is still an easy and quick draw. This holster far exceeded my expectations. Love the carbon fiber look. No adjustments needed for retention. Being my first gun and holster gonna buy again for other hand so I can carry outside waist band.

I really like these Pole Craft holsters. If they have one for your gun, they are a great fit. They also carry well. It is hard to find an IWB holster that is comfortable enough to carry all day long, but this is an exception to that rule. I have a couple of these for different weapons and can put them on in the morning and wear all day with little to no comfort issues.
