Replaced my OEM plastic transfer case selector linkage on my 2000 XJ with this. I had already replaced the plastic bushings twice after they broke. This assembly is well-built and easy to install. Looks it will last for a very long time.

The stock linkage for my t-case shifter always sucked, but was even worse when I lowered the transfer case. I imagine this would have worked great for me if my t-case was in the stock location, but because of my particular situation, I had to make a longer lever. With my fabbed longer lever I can actually shift into 4 Lo with this kit.Like I said, if your t-case is in the stock location, this kit will work just fine.If you're like me and can't leave anything on your Jeep alone, you may have to modify the kit to make it work.Anyhow, the kit came with quality parts and I would but it again if I built another XJ.
