Add some silicone adhesive around the outside then insert in the tube and it will stay in just fine.

I should have got these when they were on sale at the dealership but - never thought I would need them until I was having issues this summer with not cooling down properly. The diameter of the part was a little small for the hose I ordered but I used a little pipe/water tape and it was all good. Now I'll have to see if it can hold up to the weather.
