Hooked everything up, and found that the lines are not reinforced with any support which results in the truck Bending and flexing them causing a loud whistle sound being heard, which is very loud. Not worth the hassle, just go big and get a quality one or if you’re good at fabrication get a braided line.

Easy install with no oil or vacuum leaks. Catches quite a bit of oil from my very high milage engine. Probably would have done my engine more good if I had installed one about 200K ago.

I have this setup on my high-mileage Dodge RAM and it is working quite well. Installation was a breeze minus the tiny bracket. The bracket is made kind of strange so I wound up making my own from some sheet metal that made it a lot more secure. It is sort of "universal" so they get a pass there. As for function, it works really well and does a nice job of trapping oil. You can verify it's working well by checking the return hose for any oil residue, if it is dry then your can is doing its job well.

The catch can seems very well-made, and I'm happy with its quality. The fittings are also good. The hoses, however, were packed into the box looped up and zip tied together in such a way that they were kinked in the middle of the hose. These are never going to un-kink completely. They have unkinked some since I unpacked it a while ago. It still hasn't been installed because I ran into a problem.I don't see how the included bracket is going to work well, since it requires you to cantilever the entire catch can 6-8 inches away from a single small bolt. It seems like a very shoddy mounting method. I'm going to have to come up with a different solution, maybe fabricating my own mounting bracket using a different location.
