Received a used unit. All the packaging was torn open. If I am paying for a new product, I don’t expect a used product.

Just buy a Hatch. It’s not much more and Hatch sound and light quality is significantly better.

Feels super cheap. Sound quality is questionable at best and audio level doesn't save so when you press the on button it comes on with low volume even if the past volume was higher. It does what it's supposed to do, but the sound quality on my 20$ portable sound machine is significantly better.

Ok, I am very impressed with this smart soother. First: this does not require the app to work; you can use it with the buttons without connecting it to the app if you don't want to. Connecting this to the app, however, is very straight forward: press the center button to turn on and then hold it for 5 seconds to enter pair mode and follow instructions on the app.The app provides full control of the device, from turn it on/off, adjusting the light color and brightness (and on/off), selecting the sound and setting an auto-off timer. Controlling through the app has been very responsive. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cord and AC power adapter, but you can also use any USB-C to USB-C cable to power it.

Excellent product if you use it without the automation portion of the app, works like a nightlight and sound machine in one. We use the ocean sound, and it is excellent compared to cheap sound machines. We also like the lullabies for mornings. The choice of light color is excellent, there is a button for different colors, and one button for white light, both cool and warm shades. The hardware is well made, USB C connection, standard power brick, smooth, sleek design, and soft touch buttons are excellent. The dial in the center surrounds the power button, and turns to change the light intensity. The lowest light level is just right for illuminating a dark room to see your way out.Setup with the app was simple, once we used the correct wifi password (it doesn't say anything besides connection failed). Connection required Bluetooth temporarily to send the wifi details to the device. The connection works over the internet and local networks as well. The main app page works well, my only complaints are the custom scenes cannot be edited. When you delete a scene, the names are shifted, so you must delete all, and start over, which is frustrating. It would also be nice if the slider bars had numbering, so you could correlate and recreate light and sound levels across scenes. The automation and routines section has many bugs, which need to be fixed, listed below.Choice of days is incorrect, must choose Tues thru Saturday for weekday, Sunday and Monday for weekend. All of the days are shifted. This woke our kid up at 530am on a weekend since the days are shifted. When setting a scene, you cannot turn off the light from the buttons on the devices without cycling it to full brightness, which is annoying when putting the kid to sleep, so it forces us to open the app again, or shut down using the power button, and turning on only the sound manually.Choosing a custom scene in the automation section is based on scene number, not name, which is confusing. The first 4 are preset scenes, which are useless. The last 4 are your custom scenes. When you delete a scene, you have to change the number in the automation section again.Light intensity and sound for a custom setting in routines/automation is based on percentage, not the bar slider like on the main page.No automatic wake up mode like Philips or hatch lights, you have to make your own.Overall, I like this product. The app improvements should be easy for the developer to make, and I hope to see them soon! There is a ton of flexibility with the app, which is awesome but also requires a lot of setup to do tasks other products do by default (wake up mode with increasing sound and light).

We do have a hatch but wanted one for our bedroom as my son naps with me sometimes. Although the design are cute none of the noises are good. All of the sound is not consistent one volume its low to high to low. My son would not fall asleep. We use tv static/fan type of white noise. Just didnt work for us

We absolute love this. Its simple enough our 4 year old has managed to figure out how to control it with button on top, and he loves all the different controls it has. Every night we have fun letting him pick which color he wants for the light, and which sound/song he wants. The are tons of options too. There are lots of songs and "white-niose" sounds, all of which are very nice and high-quality, and they loop well. As for the light, its has several (like probably 15+) levels of brightness and is capable of going really bright or really dim.The Android app is decent, but one annoying thing is that it only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Since I have my Wi-Fi network on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz using the same SSID I had to temporarily disable the 5Ghz while setting it up, but after that it worked fine even after re-enabling the 5Ghz. I was thinking of lowering the rating due to that, but since the controls on the device itself are so good, I still think this is a 5-star device.
