Ok, I’m a tackle junky, meaning I’m always buying gear for fishing - mainly due to meBeing a lifelong guide in Florida. I’ve gone thru hundreds of cutters over the years and these have got to be the best i have ever used. They are coated - so rust shouldn’t be an issue, they cut anything ( besides wire ) put in front of them, they have multiple tools integrated in the cutters as well. Crimps, flat head screw driver, etc . I’m so happy with them. I’llBe buying all my guide buddies a pair for Xmas.Thanks for making and selling a great product!!!!

Ich bin ein großer Freund von Multitools. Und dieses Tool bietet so einige gute Funktionen, um die Angelschnur entsprechend zu bearbeiten. Die verschiedenen Löcher helfen dabei, ein wenig Zug auf den Knoten auszuüben, indem man den Haken damit fixiert. Das Profil zwischen den Griffen ist super, um sein Blei auf der Schnur zu befestigen. Und die Klinge eignet sich hervorragend, um, wie sollte es auch anders sein, die Schnur zu schneiden. Ich bevorzuge zwar die rundliche Aussparung am Ende der Klinge zum Schneiden der Schnur, da ich die raue Oberfläche der Klinge selbst ein wenig 'kernig' anfühlt (der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit geschuldet). Deshalb schneidet sie dennoch mehr als ausreichend. Auch bin ich von dem Hardcase positiv überrascht. Es bietet guten und sicheren Halt und kann super an der Weste befestigt werden - zudem schützt sie die Schere auch. Lediglich das Band könnte ein wenig hochwertiger sein. Trotzdem eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

These are the best you can buy for the price. I have tried other cutters that were supposed to be for braided fishing line. They basically chewed thru the line leaving the ends frayed and hard to put thru the eye of a hook. My first cut was 50lb braided line and these cutters did the trick. Cut it like it was monofilament line leaving the ends smooth and easy to thread thru the hooks or lures. I definitely recommend this product.

Great scissors and very sharp.I did originally buy to use for carp fishing but to be honest are a bit big to fit in my tackle box so ended up in my garage as general use scissors but have been used a lot and the sheath and coil lanyard are very useful as it hangs the scissors in a very accessible place making them real easy to get to and I always know where they are. No fear of scissors falling out of sheath as they click in very securely but still easy to remove.

As with most fishing scisssors, I expect this to dull and stop cleanly cutting braid at some point.But for new, I am very happy with this purchase.Feels good in the hand. Nice firmly tight sheath.Hope these hold up!

I had used a friends on a fishing vacation and when I got back I ordered. Cuts braid smooth like butter, feels well made, like it will last. The sheath is HD plastic and also feels well made with a solid clip.
