Luckily I have both systems, but I really wanted it to be a replacement mic for my Airline AWXm system. The mic sounds really great plugged into my Samson XPD bodypack. I just hate the body pack. I will try again with an AKG mic and see if it works.

This only works with certain Samson transmitters. I gave it 3 stars because I like Samson. I couldn't use it tho', I called Samson and they verified this statement. This does not work with Ta3f connectors even tho it looks like it will. You also will be hard pressed to find any info about the specs even from Samson. The device is discontinued on the Samson website.
