Love the look and feel of my new toilet. Was expecting to replace the plastic seat but no, it’s good! Only issue is that with the low water level it does require cleaning much more often. But since that only takes about a minute it’s ok. And have not had any clogs like with the old toilet.

We replaced our old toilet because it was problematic. New toilet is fabulous!

I bought three of these. We immediately installed 2 and they are great. We just went to install the 3rd (our renovation was delayed) and the toilet came in without the side holes (see photos - the 2nd and 3rd photos are how it is supposed to be!) I can't get anyone to help me. It is beyond the 30 days and though the product is clearly defective, nobody will take responsibility!

This is a great unit. Super stylish and extremely easy to clean and keep clean. I wish we had them in every bathroom in the house.
