I’m quite pleased with my door. It arrived on time, not damaged. The hardware was shipped separately from the door. I called customer service after receiving my door because I thought I had received the wrong size. After measuring it turned out to be exactly what I ordered 😊. Mentioned that only because I wanted to note that the customer service rep I spoke with was very attentive and helpful during my call. The directions the door came with were horrible. I watched a short youtube video on how to install a barn door and installation went much quicker after watching the video. You are expected to saw a groove in the bottom of the door and drill the holes into the door for the hardware yourself. None of that is pre-done, or marked. The finish peeled a bit on the back of my door when drilling the holes, and I opted not to saw the groove in the bottom. So just be cautious when doing those steps. Overall I’m happy with the end result.
