This cable causes a ghost image on the monitor and projector image it is attached to. It has no ferrite filters and I suspect it's the reason for the ghost image. I am disappointed that the cable does not qualify for a return. Got poor quality and now am stuck with it

It's a bit expensive for a passive cable splitter. The monitors dim when 2 are plugged in, which is expected for a passive cable. Also it does not pass through the monitor information to the PC so you are stuck with the standard resolutions (1024x768, 1980x1080). Also, cannot return the cable. For better quality results, look for an active (powered) splitter that passes through EDID/monitor info.

Way too short to do anything with it. It has two female and one male ports and I needed two male, one female. But even if it was the correct one it wouldn’t have mattered because it’s way way too short. Pretty much useless if I’m being honest.

My intent was to add a TV monitor to my PC, however they would not work in tandem. My PC does work independently with the TV. Oh well. Oddly the twin female ends have their own screws that need to be backed out if using as a VGA extension. KJ
