This looked like the right size for my sons lower back. His pads were a youth Medium and was easy to install on the Schutt pads. Just two screws. Looks like good quality and felt solid where is should. In the picture, I had already uninstalled the plate but you can see where the plate straps go.

Fits my sons shoulder pads well. Only downfall is the hardware.... No matter how tight it would loosen up. We made a trip to our locker hardware store and solved the issue with some better hardware.

Great back protection for any football player. Light weight and looks pretty cool. Does the job and comes with the clips and straps to attached to shoulder pads.

I bought this backplate for my 7 year old son who plays tackle football. This worked great. My son plays RB and he said this really helped him when falling on the ground after being tackled and also when getting tackled from behind while running. I was able to add it to his shoulder pads with no problem at all. Very good by. We will definitely use it again next year as well.
