It's tighter than the original, yet is easier to get all the corners in...The material also appears stronger, like dacron with anti tearing stitches.

I was pleased to see that this replacement cover was less expensive and better quality fabric than the Regency II Gazebo I bought at Ocean State Job Lot 3 years ago. The fit was perfect, and I loved having the option of navy blue instead of just beige. It arrived on June 24 and we put it up within a week. It’s now July 20 and I noticed that the top has already faded to beige! It won’t affect the wear, and the quality and the inside is still navy blue, just strange that it faded so quickly.

Canopy was an exact replacement for the original that had deteriorated from age. The choice of different colors was a great option. Installation was the same as the original. A great option if your frame is still in good condition and you don't want to spend the money to buy a complete new gazebo.

I bought this product early in the spring, and I’m very pleased with it. The canopy does let in a bit of rain, and water tends to collect on top. But it’s not a big issue—I just drain it manually.
